Meet Our Dry Eye Spa Team

Dr. Keri Dennis grew up in Derby, Kansas. She received her undergraduate degree from Wichita State University. Dr. Dennis graduated with honors from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2008. During that time, she gained additional experience while on externship at the Birmingham VA Medical Center and VisionAmerica. After graduation, Dr. Dennis was chosen to complete a year-long residency at the Birmingham VA Medical Center where she experienced specialized training in treating and managing ocular disease like glaucoma and macular degeneration as well as low vision rehabilitation. Dr. Dennis was a member of the honor society, Beta Sigma Kappa, and Gold Key Honor Society. She was awarded the William Feinbloom Low Vision award in 2008.
 
Dr. Dennis is a member of the Kansas Optometric Association (KOA) and the American Optometric Association (AOA). She is also a member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (AAOMC). Dr. Dennis enjoys all aspects of primary eye care, including treating and managing ocular disease, fitting contact lenses, and co-managing pre and post op care.  Dr. Dennis has a particular interest in evaluating and treating dry eye disease.  She helped establish the Dry Eye Spa, a specialty dry eye clinic within Ridgeview Eye Care.  By incorporating the newest technologies to treat dry eye, she creates and a customized treatment plan to target each patient's symptoms, Dr. Dennis has established herself as a leader in the dry eye community.    
 
Dr. Dennis currently resides in Olathe with her husband Charlie and her kids Carsen, Tinsley, and Jack. When they are not attending one of the kid's activities, you can find them rooting for the Jayhawks, the Royals, or the Chiefs!

Emilee is our Dry Eye Coordinator and Esthetician. She has over eight years of customer service experience and has been a licensed esthetician for over four years. Emilee is dedicated to improving the lives of others by making them feel their very best inside and out. You will find her in our Dry Eye Spa, where she helps perform various treatments to our dry eye patients while providing a top-notch spa experience. She values the personalized experience with patients and will go above and beyond to make sure they leave feeling comfortable and confident after their appointment.

Emilee spends her free time in downtown Kansas City enjoying the arts and trying local food joints with her partner Bee, or simply relaxing at home together with their two cats, Buddha and Charlie.
